  • Pittsburgh, PA — Second Annual John G. Rangos Golf Scramble
    Lindenwood Golf Club
    Saturday, August 27th, 2005

The Lindenwood Golf Club in suburban Pittsburgh was the setting for the Second Annual John G. Rangos Golf Scramble held on August 27th. Braving the persistent rain, 49 enthusiastic players participated in the IOCC golf outing and dinner. The first place winners were Robert Wagner, Michael Wagner, Joe Lear and Bill Nelko. Nearly $1,000 dollars worth of prizes were raffled and auctioned off during the banquet including sports memorabilia autographed by the philanthropic NBA stars Vlade Divac and Peja Stojakovic. Mr. Paul Rock, CFO of the IOCC gave a brief but poignant overview of the IOCC mission.

The IOCC Pittsburgh Metropolitan Committee extends its gratitude to the generous participants as well as the many sponsors. Almost $5,000 (net proceeds) was raised for IOCC! This year’s attendance was a 75% increase over last year’s event, and it is hoped that this loyal base will continue to expand with each tournament
